Lifetime Warranty

Flex Culture Sydney offers a lifetime warranty for it's products, valid from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate has been completed by the Flex Culture Sydney at the time of purchase. The warranty certificate must include the item name, length, dealer name and date of purchase.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects.

For any service, repairs or replacements, it must be given only to Flex Culture Sydney by first contacting us about the issue, preferably with images about the concern, before sending the item back. We can be contacted on info@flexculturesydney.com.au.

The warranty does not cover:

• damage or fault caused by an accident, inappropriate use or negligence.
• damage caused for normal wear of the product.
• normal wear and ageing of the product and it's materials.
• the product if it has undergone an operation by a third party other than Flex Culture Sydney.
