We are a locally run Australian business and your satisfaction is our priority. If you don't love our Flex Culture products as much as we do when you receive it, you may return the purchased item in accordance with the following requirements within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund (less any delivery related charges). Any items returned outside of the 14 days will not be accepted for a return and/ or refund.

For returns of products from international customers (outside of Australia), please contact to initiate the process and for individualised support.

Returned products must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted:
  • All items must be in original condition with all original paired items attached (i.e. gift box, pouch, jewellery cloth, warranty card, etc.) and in resellable condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. 
  • Made To Order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returns of multiple items are to be return in their individual boxing and pouches to prevent damage.
  • Items purchased at other retailers or distributors cannot be returned to These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.
  • Accompanied by a sales receipt (either printed or via email separately with instructions on refund and contact details).
  • We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to Flex Culture.

Once the items have been received and passed inspection, a refund will be made to the purchaser if a refund has been requested and if the original payment has been received.

Please then allow up 7 business days for your refund to appear back into your account.
